Medical Medium Cleanse: Celery Juice and Raw Food Day 12

Growing new celery from the cut stalks.
As discussed in my original post, I'm documenting the effects of drinking 16 oz celery juice every morning (and transitioning back to raw fruits and veggies). Today is Day 12.

 Day 1     Day 2     Day 3     Day 4     Day 5     Day 6     Day 8     Day 9     Day 10     Day 11

Food today:
20 oz celery juice
Smoothie: 4-5 kale leaves, frozen mango, 1 banana, blueberries, 1 c water, ice, supplements
Pudding: 1 frozen banana blended with 1 avocado
Lunch salad: lettuce, tomato, red pepper, apple, cucumber, parsley, dressing (avocado, garlic powder, onion powder)
Snack: 1 banana, cherries, honeydew melon
Dinner salad: lettuce, tomato, red pepper, apple, cucumber, parsley, dressing (avocado, garlic powder, onion powder)

Dealt with some huge anger stuff today. Felt gaslighted, misunderstood, negated, dismissed, abandoned. So much pain around that.

Later in the day I got to deal with even more emotional pain. Wow. Big feelings today, a lot to process. Lots of hurt. Lots of feeling isolated and alone and displaced.

Journaling.

Going to sit outside to see if I can find some peace in nature, and perhaps some feeling of connection.

Listened to The Healing Path module today: Prayer, and couldn't concentrate to get through it. Tomorrow perhaps.

Went outside at sunset, walked around the yard. Gazed at the moon, a half moon, as it rose. Felt much more peaceful.

    1. I'm not sure what you're asking? I chronicled 28 days of the cleanse, and there are other updates as well. Is that what you meant?
