Asparagus contains aspartic acid which is an amino acid that neutralizes excess amounts of ammonia in the body that is often the cause of exhaustion, headaches, and poor digestion. 1/2 large lemon with rind
2 red apples
1 cucumber
(optional) 1 thumb ginger
